Weekly and Monthly Theme Ideas

Children will grow and grow, we can play a part in how they will grow!

I decided for the new year that I would come up with weekly themes for 2015.  I wanted to teach secular themes and maybe take 15 mins or less for each subject per day.  I have worked on it a lot, but it's still in rough draft stages.  Since I worked on it so much I wanted to share it, so hopefully it will help someone.  The nice thing is, you can adapt it to your children/grand kids/neighbor kids/nieces and nephew of all ages however you want.  I also came up with monthly theme ideas that can be broken down into weekly theme.  This year I'm going to use the weekly themes and maybe see if I like the monthly themes next year.  So if we are Pinterest friends, you can look up my ideas and what I actually chose to use from my ideas.  We have almost done an entire week of this and so far, My little one has learned a lot and had a lot of fun with it so far.  I am definitely a schedule person otherwise I get nothing accomplished.  We do secular in the morning or early afternoon (depending on naps).  Anyway, here are my plans and other ideas because some only apply to us this year.  I hope it helps you in some way! :)
